Three types of person (the science of emotion) by Robert T. Sumalpong

FIRST THE SILENT TYPE- THIS PERSON ARE VERY GOOD IN HANDLING PROBLEMS THEY KNOW WHEN TO TALK TO AND WHEN TO LISTEN. MOST OF THE SILENT TYPE IS GENIUS. THEY SUCCEED IN THERE ENDEAVORS. THEY ARE THE TYPE OF PERSON WHO THINKS CAREFULLY ON THE PROBLEM BEFORE DOING A SOLUTION.THIS PERSONS ARE TOUGH AND FULL OF SECRETS. MOST OF THE TIME, THEY GIVE THEIR TIME ON STUDYING THINGS (HUMAN BEHAVIOR, ANIMAL BEHAVIOR, PLANTS AND ETC…) THIS TYPE OF PERSON LOVE LEARNING. MOST OF THEM ARE LONER. NOISY TYPE- THIS TYPE OF PERSONS IS NOT SO GOOD IN HANDLING PROBLEM. MOST OF THE TIME, THEY WORSEN THE PROBLEM BECAUSE THEY ARE OPEN. THEY ARE NOT SO GOOD IN HANDLING SECRETS. THEY ARE THE KIND OF PERSON WHO SHOW THERE SELF IN THE PUBLIC. THEY ARE THEY WHO LOVE TO GO IN CROWDS. THEY WANT TO BE CENTER ON THE CROWD. THEY LOVE COMPLEMENTS. THEY ARE THE TYPE OF PERSONS WHO LOVE TO SOCIALIZE. SEMI SILENT/NOISY- THIS TYPE OF PERSON IS THOSE WHO ARE GOOD IN SALES. THEY ARE GOOD IN HANDLING RELATIONSHIP. THEY KNOW HOW TO BALANCE WORK AND LOVE LIFE. In this world we are free to choice what type of person who could became. The only thing we could do is to master our self. Why we need to master ourselves? We master ourselves in order us to be more productive and to understand the things that is happening in our surroundings. To master ourselves is like passing the needles hole. We need to conquer our self first before we could drive in our action and our thoughts. In reality it is so hard to defeat our own self. We need to accept our weaknesses and our imperfection; we need to pass many trials and error to realize that in this life we are useless if we don’t struggle our growth in both temporal and spiritual things. In other hand, others may say that they are successful enough because they had much money; they have wonderful works, own big businesses, well known to the public and had a rich family. Successful person are not base on their standing in life. Many of us say’s that the riches person’s are successful, in some point they will but not totally successful because they have problems and things they wanted to accomplish. A successful person’s are those who know how to handle and balance the four aspect of life which is mental, physical, emotional and spiritual life. There will be questions raise on how to balance these four aspects of life. When we born in this world we don’t know anything, we depend on other person’s help to learn the things in this life. Why we need them? We need them to learn the things in this life. The first thing we learn is the emotional part. As I observe the infant child when they open there eyes they look for something in need. The mother cared for them and they feel secure of it. They learn the science of emotional things through the care and love of the family they had. It is wonderful to feel that all of us pass that stage of learning. We manage our emotional behavior through the things we heard, feel, seen and we taste. We learn to use it when we are at our infancy. It is nice to hear that we are taught the emotional part by the people who surround us during in our infant stage. The child who masters it will be more effective on relationship. He will be an open minded on the feelings of others. Most of the time they are compassionate person, they are masters in socializing. We feel them through their eyes. The way they talk to us. They talk from their heart and not from their lips. They are thoughtful and loving. We can develop that part of our lives as long we are alive. This ability is not born with us it is learned. To learn this we must follow the step of emotional teaching. Is this being studied? Yes! It does. Many of us studied it informally. If our parent or guardian being mindful of our emotional learning, I’m sure no one would be suicidal when facing difficult problems in life. Many beings come to prostration and cause them to do inappropriate behavior because they lack the ability of managing their emotions. Sometimes they use drugs, drink alcohol, use cigarette even commit adultery just to lighten their burdens. What the step are to masters this? First we must practice our listening skills. Practicing this, need to focus on the feeling of other and connect it to our feelings. How to connect the feelings of others to us to? It is putting our mind into the mind of others who had done wrong, experience grievousness and who felt lonely because of losing a job or love ones. We may put our self into the one who won the games, got their new jobs, Win lottery or got a new valuable items. Mastering emotion is like a child who practice to walk. Many times we stumble before we master to walk. The one who pass many burdens or trials are most likely the one who would manage emotion perfectly. They are they who could understand the science of optimism and diligence. What is the science of optimism? It is the way of dealing problems patiently and lovingly. It will give the mind and heart healthier; it will widen the understanding of a person. Emotions are the reflections of our minds; it provides us the ability to manage good health. An emotional person is the one who gain hurt. They have a soft eye that would cry to someone’s problem. Anger, jealousy, pride, envy, shyness and sadness are type of emotions that cause problem in our health. This type of emotions is most likely cause damage on our metal health. Every one of us experiences this kind of emotions.

Major factor that trigger reaction As an ordinary person I been wondering why each person has different reaction on the things they were experiencing in life. And that was the time begun to search the sources of each reaction come from. It was the time I been observing myself and other people. It was really exciting moment for me to unveil the things that pushes reaction to each human being and to the environment. But my first priority is to unveil the sources of reaction that human being been experiencing in life. Even though I learn that environment has also one of the factor for our reaction. There are time I meet children which been doing great in their study. They were been called smart children. As what I observe in them I learn that every reaction they did in certain things is always been done in thinking. One time I make some test on my niece my siblings and friends. I told them that (0+0=1) all their reaction where the same. They told me that I'm joking. And that is not the right answer for it. They told me that the right answer for it is zero. I just listen to them and told them that what their answer is right in the things they learn before. But not is the right answer in what I discover and learn. They told me how come that answer comes out. I told them that everything in this world start with zero and the formula of understanding they have use is (0+0=0). I told them the new things that they must understand. I told them that If you want to be strong in all aspect in life you must understand the formula I been trying to teach you. I told them that what are they doing is just seeing zero as nothing. Not looking it as source of numbers. When you put an additional sign it is considerable as one. That is why (0+0=1) if you want a mathematical solution of it. There are different ways on how to get that answer. There are long term solution and short term solution on getting that answer. It is like on our reaction. There are times our reaction need long time in order for us to realize that we need to answer or change our emotional reaction. There are time because of our reaction we created an unhealthy environment. Most of the time we feel that the reaction we give to certain things is right. We are not mindful of the possible things that will happen because of our reaction. There are times I heard other people talking about the reaction they have when they drink on certain wine. They said something about wine that catches my attention. Some people said that wine give them a reaction of hotness in their body. Other said that it gives them strength. Although I did not do what they did. But in my own observation and understanding on the reaction of their body is that the wine has triggered their physical and psychological system to create an emotional reaction like that. In other side our physical system has the ability to function normally and can also make extra ordinary function when is needed in time. As I continue to search the major source of each human reaction. I learn that most reaction we made is because of our psychological system. Like what I learn from the reaction of my friends, siblings and niece on (0+0=1) their reaction was based on the things they learn about addition. Most of us made a reaction which is based on the things we learn in the past and in the present. And these how psychological system been presenting to us. We sometime close our understanding that pushes us to make reaction. So the first major factor source of reaction is psychological system. As I continue for the other source of reaction I learn that our physical system has been giving much reaction to life and to the environment. I discover it at the time, when I'm watching some people who is working in the road. Observing the children playing, couples who are going together. A year ago I had been observing those people who were building the road. As what I observe on them. They were too much busy on forming the road. Some of them carry large steels while others are busy carrying the sucks of stones. As what I observe they are happy and not tired of their job. I ask some of the workers of those roads. Why you are not looking stress or tired of your work? Some said that their body is immune of what are they doing in life. They said that their body sometimes longing for heavy work. Like what some farmers said that their body is looking for work each day. Although they were not super human so they experience tiresome sometime but still they continue to do their job. In my observation on children’s playing I learn that children play with a physical thing in their surroundings. They were happier when they play around beautiful surroundings. Having a toy in their hands. And a playmate with them. I see that their reaction is based on the physical things they seen. Like in every one of us sometimes we wanted a physical thing before we give our reaction on it. There are great people around the world that have wonderful potential to lead and to make this world for a better place. But because of the system of life that most people viewed for great leaders, they are not given the time to used their ability and wisdom on how to make everyone’s life comfortable. These is what I observe most people choose leaders base on their family standing in the society, Achievement, physical appearance and base on how that person advertise his/her self. And because of most people use these system of choosing leader their life is been affected. Their way of understanding is been limited. And their progress is limited. The reaction of that system on choosing leader is physical reaction. I called it as physical reaction because they base their reaction on the physical things which is presented to them. We always heard the saying. “Do not judge a book by each cover." But most of the time we judge things in his covering. Like we buy gadget or material base on his brand. Brand is part of the covering on the material. Although they become known brand because of the quality of it. And the third major source of reaction is the emotional system. There are times that we react on certain things because of our emotional system. In year 2007 it was the time that I serve two year mission in our church. I was so excited to serve two years in serving the lord. When the times come I had a feeling of longing to my family. I did not imagine that kind of emotion will come to me. I feel that I will be away in my parents, sibling and friends for two years I do not know what will happen in two years. So I just say to God that his well is done in my mission and everything that will happen to the people who is close in my heart. When I arrive at the MTC (Missionary Training Center) I meet another missionary who experience the same emotion I was had. We attain several session of training to learn the role and standard that we need to have in life. We stay in the MTC in a period of 19 days. After were done in the MTC we were send to our respective area. I was assign in Philippines Angeles Mission. Few hours after I and two other missionary that come from MTC were had a meeting with the Mission President and couple of missionary in the mission home. We do not have any idea where will be our first area and who will be our companions in the field. After that meeting we were interviewed by our Mission President after the interview we go to directly to the transfer point where we were going to meet our first companion. My first area was in kalikid Cabanatuan city. And after we meet our first companions in the field we experience everything new in life of being full time missionary. We go with them in the place where we gonna serve and do missionary work. In the mission I learn that some of our reaction comes from the emotional system we have. There are times that our reaction on certain things is full of emotion. Like some people reaction on the loss of material they fall in love were cause them into crying. That is because they created an emotional connection with that certain material. There are people crying because of break up on their relationship. That reaction are comes from our emotional system. And the fourth major source of reaction we made is the spiritual system. Most of reaction that comes from spiritual system is the reaction comes from the influence of Holy Ghost, Light of Christ and the attributes and quality that we had before we were born in mortality. Every one of us had different spiritual attributes and quality that been not used because of lack on the knowledge on how to discover and use it for the good of life. Every religion had played a big role of how to discover the spiritual quality and attributes of each human being. In my observation there is no religion that did not work on the mortality and goodness of each people. As what I observe they were trying to implement good culture of society. Although!!! They have different understanding about the origin of life, humanity, world, universe and all things surrounding them. They have also different view about God. There are times that each belief of each religion on spiritual matter is contradicting. They have different understanding on the principle of morality and spirituality. We are here in mortality not to contradict on each other but to learn from each other…. especially on the quality and attributes that we have on each other. There is a saying that no man is an island. As what I learn we cannot become perfectly happy in doing things in our own. We need each other to better understand the true meaning of peaceful living and experience greater happiness. We cannot understand each people, the world and everything that happen in our environment if we just look on it in our mortalities view. We need to use our spiritual system that is within ourselves to better understand all things and find ways to solve the situation we have.

The power and source of all miracles that God has been doing since in ancient times until today's time. It starts with the laws and principles of intelligence. Which everything in heaven, earth, hell, universe, worlds, cosmos, living things and non-living things come from. Because of his wisdom of the laws and principles of intelligence, he knows how these things work and can form new things. And the process of forming new things is called the laws, principles and science of emotion. He made a system ( emotion) that even the things he created can form and create another things. before we were born in this mortality we know the secret of our God and his law and principles. Being his sons and daughters He wants us to experience the things he already done in his life. But because of the law that he is bond to we need to follow the pattern that he has experience in his life before he become our God and father. And to remember those things we need to awaken the spiritual senses that within us. as we study the origin of life and its end. we come to the point of the mystery of life and death. as I go beyond the my understanding of life and death. I learn that every ending of life is a new beginning of fruitful and colorful life in other part of life. I learn that life has no beginning and no ending. and death is not the end of life it is only a new beginning for another journey of life. and when we born in mortality we are just starting to experience a life of mortality and this is part of our progress as being that had a complex origin of life. we could only see the truth of life when we see the light in the middle of the light.
